Sager Classical Academy

Sager Classical Academy relocated their upper school to a new space previously owned by First Christian Church in Siloam Springs.

Ellingson Contracting remodeled a 3,850 square-foot East wing of the building to provide four new classrooms, and also retrofitted a new fire suppression system into the entire 18,200 square-foot space which included the main sanctuary, classrooms, and an existing gym addition.

The fire suppression system involved creative problem-solving and dilligence to ensure a unified system that would perform in all areas of the existing building, which included a mix of attic spaces and low-slope roof conditions.

The project was carefuly coordinated to allow First Christian Church to meet on Sundays while the work was progressing. Overall, both the school and the church were happy with the finished space, which was completed in 2025.
