Saving Grace Cottage

This remodeling project allowed Saving Grace to move its program entirely to Grace Farms.

The Saving Grace Cottage was the first of three phases, allowing the non-profit organization Saving Grace to operate on their new 48-acre site in rural Centerton, AR.

Saving Grace partnered with Ellingson Contracting through a Design-Build process that transformed an existing residential building into a place where young women first enter the program and prepare to embark on a journey of independence. The Cottage is a place where “Grace” has the opportunity to heal from her childhood trauma, cultivate healthy relationships, and break the cycle of poverty that has greatly influenced her life.

This 5,450-square-foot remodeling project, completed in 2023, included a complete interior retrofit with 11 new bedrooms and space for counseling, education, and mentorship. Major utility upgrades were brought online, and the main campus road was widened and updated to allow for fire truck access.
